Based in our Luxembourg office, you will support the company, in particular the operations and investment teams, on a wide range of corporate and administrative matters.

1. Assist the company (in particular operations and investment team) with daily requests related to :

Incorporation of companies in Luxembourg;
Share capital increase or share capital decrease;
General adminstration of the structure including dividend distribution, 115 account contributions, drafting of shareholder loans, etc...
General assistance on corporate transactions going throught Luxembourg (including drafting or review of shareholder agreement, and other joint venture agreement)
Liasing the external parties including lawyers, auditors, services providers,etc..

2. Maintain all the files up to date

Profile

Master or equivalent
At least 7 year of experience in (i) comparable position within an alternative investment manager or (ii) within a reputable law firm with corporate experience.
Relevant experiences within the asset management industry allowing to justify a good understanding of the Luxembourg investment fund trend market and more generally exposure transaction execution would be key to succeed in this role.
