Argo is looking for a junior or mid-level Associate (0-5 years’ experience) to strengthen its market-leading Fund Structuring department.
As a (Junior) Associate, you will be involved in every stage of an investment fund’s lifecycle. You will help clients structure and manage investment funds, guiding them through incorporation, capital raising, governance and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients, gaining real responsibility early on.
